I was in Telluride, CO last week. Not a very picturesque location at this time of year, but I did manage a few shots one evening on either side of sunset. These are of Ajax Peak, just east of town. They were taken from the sidewalk on the main street at the west end of town.

    "Ajax Peak Sunset"

    EOS R3, RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L IS USM @ 186mm, 1/250 s, f/11, ISO 1250

    "Ajax Peak Stars"

    EOS R3, RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L IS USM @ 151mm, 3.2 s, f/8, ISO 12800

A Cooper's hawk dropped into our back yard around sunset yesterday evening, with a mourning dove in its talons that it proceeded to consume.

    "Hawk's Prey"

    EOS R3, RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L IS USM @ 500mm, 1/250 s, f/7.1, ISO 12800
