Welcome to TDP forum's "Image of the Week" competition. Each week photographers may submit their images for the title of "Image of the Week." Weekly winners will then compete on a monthly, quarterly, and in our annual poll for the title of "TDP Forum Image of the Year."

• Week 37 entry period will be from Monday, September 5th through/including Sunday September 11th.
• Please provide a title for your image.
• This is an open competition for landscape, portrait, architectural, macro, or any other appropriate photographic style.
• Images should have been either recently taken or processed.
• Enter as many times as you would like.

This week will be judged by Cls.

Birds Fly Over the Rainbow ..... (you know the very lovely famous song)

I really like all three contributions this week. Brant’s sunrise shot and Joel’s rainbow shot are both well executed shots of familiar and beautiful subjects – they both deserve a place on some wall somewhere. But my favorite is Joel’s "Here Comes the Sun". It’s full of interesting details, has an interesting composition and it also has a kind of mysterious mood…possibly enhanced by the somewhat underexposed presentation. I like it a lot!
