If you sell gear the question is what do you do with the money? Is it worth it? Will you miss it? Thankfully camera stuff hasn't depreciated THAT badly, but it has gotten worse the last couple years. It's nothing like other hobbies though. Golf clubs? Good luck you'll lose your back side.
