Up here our utility systems have to be incredibly robust since temperatures of -30 C and lower happen every year. Water and sewer pipes are buried extra deep, power stations are designed for the cold, and so on.     I know Jonathan haha it was just a joke, i know up north a lot is built for this weather, it just don’t happen here except every 50 to 100 years or so haha
