sorry for the late reply, I've been so busy with work I don't even have time to sleep. But anyway, I still have my ctr-301p's. I will keep them as a back up triggering system. I found they worked great when using 1 or 2 strobes, but they became a bit of a hassle when using 3 for some reason. They tended to not all fire when I had 3. And the batteries they use seem to have run out of juice on me several times already. Has anyone else experienced this? The batteries aren't that cheap at $11 each and having to buy 3 every time they go out.

I'm looking to get more in to portrait photography and just want to invest in a triggering system that is far more reliable because when I have lighting, focus, getting a model to pose, and much more to worry about, the last thing I need is for the trigger to not fire. So that's why I'm contemplating investing in some cybersyncs unless someone has another suggestion. Pocket wizards are more than I'd like to spend right now.
