You don't get much time to take a breath when swimming for speed, especially in a pool. You might have more luck with open water swimming, as a lot of heads get raised for visibility, and breathing is generally done higher out of the water because of water height variation.

Your butterfly swimmer has a very strange technique going on. Was this is a 50m sprint by any chance? Or just the last part of a 200m?
