    Looks great! I am going to Zion for a weekend in Oct. That will be my first trip like this since getting my 60D. I also have the 17-55 along with the 70-200 f/4 IS. I will have to look through how you took your shots for some ideas.

    I kinda tweaked as I went along, but I pretty much just kept it in Av mode set at f/11. Since we were with a group, I didn't always have time to stop and mess with fine tuning settings to get my shot. I also used a polarizing filter to help get those deep blue skies. Actually some of them came out darker than I wanted and I ended up having to lighten them in Lightroom. I found also that setting the exposure at -2/3 or -1 helped to prevent getting washed out highlights on the sky and clouds.
