I don't know what this is....it's shaped like a blackbird or grackle but the color is odd. I looked through the Peterson Field Guide for Eastern and Central North America and did not see it. Might be an unusual visitor!Originally Posted by sedwards
That is a female boat tailed grackle. If you have food in your hand she probably would have gotten even closer. They love stealing food from people.
