I'll agree w/dsiegel on your hawk ID Eric, but I'll add there is a possibility of it being a Sharp-shinned hawk also. It's really tough to differentiate a Cooper's from a Sharp-shinned, but in today's world, the Cooper's is far more common. Adult (L) and sub-adult American Bald Eagles Eyeing prey
