Lighting/Posing Question
A friend of mine wants me to take some pictures of her. She is a runner so I was thinking of making that the main point of the shoot. Here are some different poses/lighting setups that I drew during class [H] I've got this idea in my head of making it look sort of like a Nike ad, she is going to wear a red Nike sports bra, black running shorts, and Nike shoes with a bit of red in them. I'm thinking that I will desaturate everything except the red sports bra and the red in the shoes. Anyway, what do you think of my lighting setup?
I want it to look something like this lighting wise:

Would my light setup work for this? Or do you think I would need harder light such as no umbrellas, just point the flashes directly at her?
Also, am I correct in thinking that side lighting will show muscle definition in the legs and stomach better?
