The time has come for me to purchase the new EF 70-200 f/2.8 IS II. <big gulp> I'll also be purchasing a 1.4x extender, couple B+W filters, and a monopod. Total purchase around $3,000. I don't expect there is any room to negotiate price on the 70-200 but wanted your suggestions as to what might be reasonable for the other items?
