Think Tank Retrospective 10
First off I apologize for the crappy product shots, I'm trying to sell a couch and loveseat that are eating up space in my spare bedroom/studio.
I *finally* received my Think Tank Retrospective 10 today. I will never do FedEx Ground from California to Virginia ever again. This is the smallest bag in the new Retrospective lineup, there is the 20 and 30, as well as the Lens Changer 2 and 3. www.thinktankphoto.com
The bag is canvas, harking back to the old bags of yore. It is a mossy, grey green color with aged brass hardware and leather tags. It looks nothing like a camera bag from the outside.

The flap is secured by two velcro patches with ThinkTanks wonderful Mute Option. There are two pockets and web straps on the sides for waterbottles and attaching either Modular or Skin packs. A zippered rear pocket is perfect for a notebook, magazines or netbook/ipad.

The shoulder strap is comfortable and has silicone tabs to keep it in place.

Inside is the main compartment which is flanked on the sides by two velcroed nylon pockets perfect for spare batteries for the 1D series or a flash. The bag come with to winged/shelf dividers and 3 other dividers. The bag has a removable pad on the bottom and the inside is lined with soft velcro. A back zipped pocket sits across from another pocket that has smaller pockets for your cards, batteries, pens ect. This pocket has a flap that can be used to secure it closed. Lastly on the outside is a single pocket that will fit a pro sized camera and what have you. The 30 has two pockets rather than one.

This thing is TARDIS like in capacity. Below is what I normally carry on a typical triathlon, marathon or cycling race. My monopod will slip right under the flap. Not shown are the 1Dmk2 and the plastic fantastic which were used for these shots.

Top to Bottom:
Press pass, Canon 70-200 F2.8 L, Canon 17-40 F4 L (no hood, I hate hoods on wides), 540EZ, Lumiquest pro max flash system, Think Tank Pee Wee Pocket Rocket card holder (4 CF cards, 3 SD cards), Rain cover for Restrospective (included with bag!), Blower, extension tube set, TTL cord, card reader, spare NP-E3 battery, mini mag, pens, spare batteries, lens cloth, business cards. Not shown 1D Mk2, 50 1.8. There is still room to fit my camera and lens rain cover, lumiquest 5 in 1 reflector set (medium size) a water bottle (outside side pockets), filters and who knows what else I want to take.
