Caught this on Gizmodo today, thought all you technophiles out there might be interested.

Contrary to what the article says, the iPhone app only works for Canon cameras at this time. It seems like this might be a neat option for any of you with an iPhone that might want to IR trigger your camera, plus I guess it incorporates the ability to do some geotagging of your images, all for around $20 and some time.
Don't really know how good the final product looks (plus an iPhone is definitely bulkier than a standard IR remote).
But I thought I would share. Thoughts? Anyone intrigued?
