ARRRGH. hate it when I get the inspiration after I left the location

Karsaa/John maybe you can fiddle with this idea.
On my recent trip to Norway (family cruise so I wasn't on land during this shooting time) I noticed that we rushed late dinner to see the sunset the one day it was clearish...

After the sun was the below the horizon I continued to shoot the pink sky etc waiting for the colors to fade to darkness..... well..... it took several hours and I gave up... duh! Northern latitudes!!!! (I was massively sleep deprived and that is my story)

Just now I had the thought of some sort of stacked exposures, and or very long ND assisted exposures. Lake, reflected light, mountains, etc. 180 degree horizon to horizon dramtic sky stuff.

    Thoughts? Attempts??
