Buying a 5DII, lens or flash today?

Well, you may want to wait a few hours, at least if you're in the USA. Reportedly, rebates will be starting tomorrow (May 9th) and running through July 10th.

    Happy shopping!

Thank goodness the lenses I bought last week are not on that list or I'd be feeling pretty bummed right now!

Denise you must have the most rapidly growing set of lenses in the world! You're going to need a house extension soon to hold all of your gear.

The rebates threw me over the edge...I finally caved and ordered the 85 1.2. Amazon's no interest no payments for two years made it an easier decision too.

LOL! Now that my kids are grown, I have been having so much fun with things being all about me! I just purchased the 85mm f/1.8 and 24-105mm f/4 and love them both!! Hmmm...a spare room just for photography gear, that's what I'll use my nineteen yr. old's room for when she decides to move out!! []

As for anymore gear coming my way anytime soon ...I had my 300mm f/4 for sale so I could get the 70-200mm f/2.8 but it finished on ebay last night without a sale & now I have a very near future vet bill coming my way for one of my dogs. So, if & when the lens sells, proceeds will go toward that ...so i guess it's NOT COMPLETELY all about me! [:P] Family will always come first!

I just ordered the 100mm IS macro.

I've had the non-is for years and am kind of attached to it, but... well, I think I'll adjust
